Resort

There are a total of 88 beds including suites, in addition to single, double and triple rooms, all with fully-equipped en suite bathrooms, satellite TV, telephone and a nurse call system.

Facilities available are a dining room, a satellite TV room, an ECG room, an intensive cardiological care room, doctors’ consultation rooms, nurses’ room, a gym, treatment rooms and a lift. The Spa is adjusted to the needs of people with handicaps.

Treatment is provided daily from Monday-Saturday with the exception of official holidays. Check-in time is 13.00, check-out is at 11.00 . We accept payment by credit and debit cards. It is recommended that clients have basic medical test results (urine test, blood test, ECG, X-rays, etc.)

 

Town

The resort is surrounded be the gentle slopes of the Bystrzyca and Stołowe Mountains, which are forested primarily with pine trees. The major health resort characteristic of the area is the abundant hydrocarbon calcium oxalate water springs marked by a significant content of free carbon dioxide. Polanica Zdrój itself has an unusual urban layout: this is a town without an old centre; nor does it have a central district, being a garden town. The Spa Park is a feast for the eyes with its blossoming magnolias in the spring, magnificent rhododendrons in the summer, and every evening its colourful fountain spouts cascading streams of water towards the sky. A street running along the riverside has been remodeled into an imposing promenade. The ambience is heightened by Venetian bridges, eye catching street lamps, islands of greenery, numerous shops, restaurants and stylish cafés.

 

Prices

Prices given reflect the fee for a single person staying in a double room. The fee is inclusive of accommodation, full board, four treatments per day (including the drinking of healing water), medical care and consultation with doctors. Transport to and from the airport is also included. An accompanying person who does not use any treatment services pays a slightly reduced price for their stay.  The fee does not cover diagnostic examination. Neither does it cover the town tax (this tax is approximately 50 pence per day subject to location, and is payable at the hotel’s reception desk). Additional person and small child charges apply; these are dependent on hotel policy.
